Lease Program

At Accolade Technologies we want to make it easy for you to start up your new business with the right tools, right from the start. We offer several leasing programs that will enable you to do so and with flexible options. Leasing has become an increasingly popular method for businesses needing the use of capital equipment because it offers a number of advantages over more traditional alternatives, such as cash purchase or bank financing.

Benefits of Lease Financing

  • Improves cash flow
  • 100% financing
  • Preserves bank credit line, working capital, and cash current needs
  • Fixed monthly payments for the life of the transaction
  • Both new and used equipment can be financed
  • Payments are 100% tax deductible
  • Protects against obsolescence by allowing easy upgrades
  • Approvals for start-ups
  • Allows for the recapture of your investment in a shorter period of time
  • No liens, cross collateralization, or minimum bank balances required

With all leases there are a variety of options available. If you're interested in looking into one of our leasing programs please contact your Accolade sales associate for more information.

Credit Guidelines

Time in business: The business must be in operation for at least 2 years to qualify for any of our standard lease plans. However, we do offer a special New Business Program for those who have been in business for at least 6 months, but less than 2 years.

Checking account history: The lessee must have a business checking account with at least a 6-month history of activity that reflects prudent financial management practices.

Trade references: We ask for at least two trade references with whom we can verify a relationship and credit history – that bills are paid in a timely fashion.

Personal credit history: We look for a favorable record from the reporting bureaus – the amount of unused, available credit, as well as the overall payment and credit history. Applicants with no chronic history of late payments, tax liens, judgments or bankruptcies are preferred.

Previous lease history: Although we review each application on an individual basis, those businesses with historically high success rates are naturally preferred, while those with a high risk of failure are generally discouraged.
