The application, known as "Marketing Desk" incorporates full reporting while keeping track of vital customer statistics. The quick mail feature allows setup of marketing campaigns for first time customers and customers by specific grouping. The customer loyalty feature allows tracking of purchases by date range and item. Customer re-establishment allows for tracking of late orders, bad orders, or lost customers. The product marketing survey function allows for custom survey generation. Business owners can also gather important customer feedback.

Accolade Technologies announces the next generation of their Assign and Deliver module. Built-in, enhanced driver tracking and order management analytical tools allow tracking of driver efficiency and order delivery status with one click, one view. Standard features include: multiple methods for driver compensation and complete driver bank accounting, order delivery couldn't be simpler. Utilizing the AccoladePOS Assign and Deliver module, multiple or single orders can be assigned to available driver pools with a one-step process. Delivery screens display pick up and driver assignment delivery options, driver closeout, and end of day review. Customers can pay over the phone via credit card or allow customers to pay later when driver returns. New features include driver scoring; a report can be graphically generated to display results based on delivery efficiency. The sophisticated yet easy to manage sort routine allows grouping of orders based on delivery zones which greatly improves delivery efficiency and consistent on time delivery.
