RTG also offers additional ‘options’ to give you a single source of contact for all your POS hardware requirements. The final cost of the solution will be determined by your choices. The equipment package is enhanced with optional industry-leading, peripheral components, as well as a comprehensive hardware warranty and an optional extended maintenance program. Overall, the Wedge delivers CiCi’s Operators outstanding reliability, dependability and ease of use.

 

Advance Exchange Maintenance Agreement (Optional)

Extreme equipment availability is covered best by choosing RTG’s Spare-in-the –Air maintenance program. This service includes the acquisition of spare equipment, program management, warehousing, repair labor and freight costs associated with replacing and repairing equipment. The service consists of unscheduled maintenance, due to equipment failure, when notified by your chosen Help Desk. Coverage hours are from 8:00AM to 4:00PM (CST) Monday through Friday. RTG will ship a replacement unit to the restaurant, for next day receipt, to minimize the down time associated with a piece of failed equipment.

RTG’s responsibilities are to provide hardware and optional advance exchange services. All POS application fees, software maintenance and data warehouse services are to be paid directly to Accolade POS, Inc.
